Local Restaurants

Cordivari’s: Full of Italian favorites, Cordivari’s opened within the past three years. Although new to the island, the food top notch!

Cellar32: Local's spot, often visited to meet up with friends or host large family gathers. Diverse menu with everything from flatbread to steak, to burgers! Oh, and arguably the best quesadillas!

Tiki Taco: Tiki Taco is just a few short blocks from the condo. Think Salad Works ordering style but Mexican food!

Yianni’s: Excellent for breakfast or lunch (not open for dinner) you can grab traditional favorites or unique Yianni’s originals.

Pirate’s Den: Head to this relaxing beachside restaurant on the North End prior to sunset and enjoy a walk on the beach after dinner. Also great for breakfast!

Aunt B’s Ice Cream: Traditional shore spot for arguably the best ice cream at the Jersey Shore. Within walking distance from Coastal Haven (enough to burn a few calories to boot!)

Soulberri: A five-minute drive to the north end takes you to Soulberri for smoothies and bowls.

Ernest and Son: Grab sandwiches from Ernest and Son and head for the beach! Choose your own roll in front of the counter and place your order! The homemade beef jerky is also awesome!

Primo’s Pizza: Primo’s has arguably the best pizza on the island!

Brigantine Bistro: Always something for everyone with consistently great food!

LaScala Beach Bar (new!): Drinks on the beach! A perfect spot for happy hour. Check out their entertainment schedule.

Crab Shack: The place for fresh seafood including blue claw crabs. Be sure to order the Lobster Roll!

Mission Cafe: Newer to the island and right across from Ace Hardware, Mission Cafe has amazing smoothies, açaí bowls and many healthy lunch and brunch options! My favorite is the Coffee Date Smoothie!

Kook Burger: New to the island, Kook burger serves a variety of burgers and shakes. Prefer a veggie burger (like me)? That’s on the menu, too!

Activities

Rentals

• Surfboards and SUPs (Stand-up Paddle Boards) are available for rent at Primal Surf. Take your SUP down to the end of the Cove and paddle out to the calm waters of St. George’s Thorofare or opt for a lesson first. Primal Surf offers private and group lessons.
• Bike rental is available from to enjoy a bike ride from the South end to the North end All About Bikes.

Atlantic City

• Atlantic City is just minutes away! Aside from all the hotels and nightlife, check out , Docks Oyster House. Their happy hour is THE BEST (especially if you love oysters)!
• Steel Pier is another AC favorite! Rides, games, and plenty of traditional boardwalk favorites.
• Atlantic City Airshow occurs each August. A practice performance occurs the day before and you can catch a glimpse right on the 44th street beach! For best viewing of the actual show, visit AC. Partial views can be seen from the Brigantine Jetty.

Farmer’s Market

• The Brigantine Farmer’s Market is held every Saturday morning at the Brigantine Elementary School.

Around Town & Off the Island

• At the very end of the island sits the two-story bird-watching tower. A great spot to view the entire island and get a glimpse of Long Beach Island.
• Mini golf is right across the street from the condo
• Shark Park right off 25th street, where kids can ride the tire swings, walk the balance beam, hang on monkey bars, and more!
• Smile Factory arcade is a great spot for rainy days; right in the heart of town!
• The Marine Mammal Stranding Center as you enter the Island, offers both public and private tours.
• Brigantine History Museum is a great spot for a rainy day. Learn about Brigantine’s history dating back to the 1800’s.
• Visit Storybook Land just a short drive from the condo located in Egg Harbor Township. Full of rides and other amusements perfect for younger children.
• Visit Smithville–also just a short drive from the condo. Smithville is a quaint village full of shops, restraints and beautiful scenery!
• Ventnor Square Movie Theater–recently opened and features movies for both kids and adults as well as a restaurant.
